| What format are the beats? Can I upgrade to a different format?
BeatsMonster.com beats are in Mp3 192k format.
We also offer several upgrade options such as a top quality proffessional wave file or trackouts. Trackouts of a beat will give the professional artist full control as every instrument is provided on a separate track for you can import into protools, Logic Audio, Reason, Live and many others. This allows the artist to have full control of the mix and arangement.

Can I edit or change the arrangement of the beat? (extended or shorten, double the chorus or intro)

You may edit or arrange our instrumental beats. We do not place any restrictions.
If you are cannot edit it yourself, we can edit this for you as an upgrade service. BeatsMonster can arrange it shorter or longer, double a chorus, repeat intro etc.

Yes of course! It is clear that the needs are different for internet marketers than they are for a music artist or for someone using the beats for film or tv....
What we are saying is that you cannot simply re-package our beats in order to resell them as instrumentals. BeatsMonster beats cannot be resold or given out as an instrumental-music-only product. You also may not include the BeatsMonster beats in a physical product where the beat stands on its own… The beats you purchase from us must be integrated into a production of some kind where the main focus is the production of beats and music into a “song.” |
| Can I have the exclusive rights to the beat (s) I purchase?
With all the beat(s) you purchase from us, you are granted the right to use that beat(s), on a non-exclusive basis. This allows you to make 1 derivative work. An example of a derivative is adding vocals to the beat. You can also create 1 commercial production of the derivative either for non-profit or for profit.
In some cases there is an opportunity to buy the beats exclusively. Exclusive purchase means that you own the rights entirely and it will cease being available for anyone else after that point. This does not mean that you will have rights over those who have previously purchased the beat and their products or derivatives.
At BeatsMonster.com all the beats we sell are non-exclusive. In this way you are allowed to use the beats for any purpose save for resale without adding lyrics and any other use in violation of those specified herein. Beats are sold for the express purpose of adding lyrics and all other use for sale is prohibited. |
